Dimos & Co LLC Refund Policy

Because Dimos & Co LLC provides consulting services that involve time, expertise, and strategic work, our refund policy reflects the nature of professional advisory services.
Payments for consulting services are generally non-refundable once work has begun.
If a client cancels before work has started, a refund may be issued minus any administrative or preparation time already incurred.
For individual sessions, audits, or assessments:
Cancellations made 48 hours before the scheduled session may be rescheduled.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior may not be eligible for refund.
Rescheduling may be accommodated based on availability.
For ongoing consulting engagements:
Retainers are billed monthly or according to the agreed payment schedule.
Work already completed is non-refundable.
Termination terms will be defined in the client engagement agreement.
We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise. If you experience an emergency that impacts a scheduled engagement, please contact us and we will work to find a fair solution when possible.
