Dimos & Co LLC Refund Policy

Because Dimos & Co LLC provides consulting services that involve time, expertise, and strategic work, our refund policy reflects the nature of professional advisory services.

Consulting Services

Payments for consulting services are generally non-refundable once work has begun.

If a client cancels before work has started, a refund may be issued minus any administrative or preparation time already incurred.

Strategy Sessions / Audits / Diagnostics

For individual sessions, audits, or assessments:

  • Cancellations made 48 hours before the scheduled session may be rescheduled.

  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior may not be eligible for refund.

Rescheduling may be accommodated based on availability.

Retainer Agreements

For ongoing consulting engagements:

  • Retainers are billed monthly or according to the agreed payment schedule.

  • Work already completed is non-refundable.

  • Termination terms will be defined in the client engagement agreement.

Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise. If you experience an emergency that impacts a scheduled engagement, please contact us and we will work to find a fair solution when possible.
