Before founding Dimos & Co., Juli built and led VOCO Creative, a marketing agency serving brands such as Cummins, Sovos, Transamerica, Rao’s, and Noosa. After seventeen years, they sold the firm, they became part of Gravity Global, and she exited.
Having gone through the capital process herself, she understands how quickly the lens shifts when outside buyers enter the conversation and how structural signals inside a business shape valuation and deal outcomes.
Today she works with leadership teams to strengthen those signals before the market begins its evaluation.
